Challenge
Construction site noise is one of the major causes of noise disturbance experienced by residents in urban areas.
As part of the development work for Toulouse Metro Line 3, several construction sites are located near residential areas, potentially generating significant noise pollution throughout the duration of the work.
Écib Solution
We manufactured custom-made acoustic barriers.
These acoustic barriers demarcate the construction site and help reduce the noise and visual pollution caused by the equipment required for the work.
We constructed the acoustic barriers by integrating our PEGAS’ optima metallic acoustic panels, which offer high performance in sound attenuation and sound absorption.
Acoustic Optimization
The posts were manufactured in our Liévin workshops in record time to meet the tight deadlines imposed on us.
To meet the acoustic performance requirements defined in the specifications, the use of our PEGAS’optima acoustic panels proved to be an ideal solution.
