Challenge
Our industrial client, specializing in cardboard packaging production, has three fans installed on elevated platforms within their process. The noise generated by these units resulted in sound exposure levels exceeding regulations for operators working in that area, as well as noise pollution in the surrounding environment. Our client sought to reduce this noise while ensuring quick access to the equipment for servicing and maintenance, and proper ventilation for the equipment inside the enclosure.

We designed and installed custom acoustic enclosures for the three fans in the production area. Manufactured in our workshop and installed by our teams, who possess all the necessary certifications for working at height, these enclosures meet the acoustic objectives for bringing the installations into compliance.
Acoustic Optimization

These enclosures are custom-made and incorporate hatches, doors, and ventilation systems specifically sized for the project. During the design phase, we systematically integrate the client's specific needs to ensure that our enclosures do not hinder access to equipment or maintenance operations. Simultaneously, we ensure that the specific features implemented in our enclosures guarantee the overall performance of the product.
For this project, our client was experiencing noise pollution from their industrial fans. We designed a suitable enclosure, incorporating removable panels and a silent ventilation system.
