Custom acoustic booth for a production line

Challenge

A steel profile production line at our industrial client's site was generating noise pollution that affected all personnel working in the building.

Our client wanted to isolate this area from the rest of the workshop, while ensuring that maintenance operations on the line could be carried out easily.

This production line generated heat, and a ventilation system had to be designed to ensure proper heat extraction without propagating noise into the workshop.

We designed a custom acoustic booth that fit precisely around the production line.

Its dimensions (Length 10m x Width 3.2m x Height 3.8m) allow for easy movement around the line or for intervention above it for major maintenance operations.

A handling rail facilitates repair operations on the line.

To achieve the best acoustic performance, we used our PEGAS'prima acoustic panels.

Access points were created using our POLARIS’ prima doors.

Finally, a custom ventilation system was designed to cool the production line. This system incorporates our ALTAÏR' stratis baffle silencers.
