Issues
The largest heating and air-conditioning network in France is that of Paris-La Défense. As part of the renovation of the chilled water production plant, major acoustic improvements were required to limit the noise impact of the chilled water production equipment.
Ecib solution
To avoid impacting the urban environment around the La Défense chilled water plant, we installed a large number of ALTAÏR' prima acoustic baffles. Acoustic baffles allow air to circulate while reducing the noise emitted by the plant's chiller equipment.
We also installed PEGAS' prima acoustic panels and POLARIS' prima acoustic doors as part of the project.
Acoustic Optimization
An acoustic and aeraulic optimization had been carried out by a design office prior to the project.
Following completion of the work, acceptance measurements were carried out by an independent inspection body. These verified the acoustic and aeraulic performance of our solutions, and the installation's compliance with current regulations.
