Challenge
The largest heating and air conditioning network in France is located in Paris-La Défense. As part of the renovation of the chilled water production plant, significant acoustic modifications were required to limit the noise impact in the vicinity of the technical refrigeration equipment.
Écib Solution
To avoid impacting the urban environment around the La Défense chilled water production plant, we installed a large number of ALTAÏR’ prima acoustic baffles. These acoustic baffles allow air circulation while reducing noise emissions from the plant's refrigeration equipment.
We also installed PEGAS’ prima acoustic panels and POLARIS’ prima acoustic doors as part of this project.
Acoustic Optimization
Acoustic and airflow optimization had been carried out by a design office prior to the project.
Following the work, acceptance measurements were carried out by an independent inspection body. These measurements verified the acoustic and airflow performance of our solutions and the installation's compliance with current regulations.
