Issues
Our industrial client, which specializes in the production of cardboard packaging, has three fans installed high up on platforms as part of its process. The noise generated by this equipment resulted in noise exposure levels that exceeded regulations for operators working in this area, as well as noise pollution in the surrounding environment. Our client wanted to reduce this noise pollution while ensuring quick access to the equipment for servicing and maintenance, and proper ventilation of the equipment inside the enclosure.

We have produced custom-made acoustic enclosures for the three fans in the production area. Manufactured in our workshop and installed by our installation teams, who have all the necessary certifications for working at height, these enclosures enable us to meet the acoustic compliance objectives for the facilities.
Acoustic Optimization
Acoustic optimization is at the heart of the design of our acoustic enclosures.
They are custom-made and incorporate hatches, doors, and ventilation specially sized for the project. We systematically integrate the customer's specific requirements into the design phase to ensure that our enclosures do not impair access to equipment or maintenance operations. At the same time, we ensure that the specific features implemented in our enclosures enable us to guarantee the overall performance of the product.
For this project, our customer was experiencing noise pollution from its industrial fans. We designed an appropriate enclosure, incorporating removable panels and a silent ventilation system.
